CINCINNATI, Ohio (KMPH) — "I've been photographing newborns for a decade and have photographed hundreds of babies who have given me tons of great expressions. But none, and I mean NONE compare to the looks this sweet guy threw my way. He was a special baby that's for sure," Lauren Carson told KMPH.

Carson is thrilled her pictures have gotten so much attention. She thanks everyone for all the shares, all the love and answered some questions from people:
- Yes, he really is a newborn. He was 7 days old. He was just a big baby!
- No, he's not uncomfortable. The fabric he is swaddled in is super stretchy and he could have wiggled out of it if he really wanted to. Or I would have unwrapped him if he started to get fussy.
- He may look grumpy, but he was actually a sweet little snuggle bug!
- Not long after these were taken he fell asleep and we took some more traditional posed newborn pictures.
