Shocking footage released from bridge collapse in Baltimore

Shocking body camera footage from the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in Baltimore has been released by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources Police.

In March, the bridge collapse claimed the lives of six construction workers after a cargo ship named The Dali struck the bridge.

You can hear the shocked reactions from first responders as they arrived on scene in new body camera video.

Several responders said "this is unreal." One responder says, "this is bad. There is no bridge. It's like something is missing here in the skyline. The whole center span is gone completely. It's in the water."

They assess the damage as they pull up closer to the wreckage and say three-quarters of the bridge is gone.

One responder says "there's a lot of debris in the water."

Another responder says he heard reports that "there was a 5 minute lead time...they knew the Rutter was stuck."

A dispatcher tells responders "it's been reported that there were five vehicles in the water. One person was recovered so far."

On Monday, Unified Command announced they will use precision to continue removal of the wreckage from The Dali.
