CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Dr. Kaylee Keiper, a pediatrician at Pediatric Care Specialists in Johnstown, had her own little baby boy, Miles, about four months ago.

Philly woman released after week behind bars in case of mistaken identity
PHILADELPHIA (WCAU) — Julie Hudson is home with her family after a nightmare of a week where mistaken identity in Texas resulted in her arrest in Philadelphia.
On Thursday, the city’s district attorney offered an apology on behalf of every agency involved and said this case highlights the need for more information sharing between jurisdictions.

Hollidaysburg Area School Board continues discussion on adult and student boundary policy
The Hollidaysburg Area School District held a vote during their meeting on Wednesday night to determine the future policy for adult/student boundaries.

Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — One of the state's largest farming organizations is now weighing in on a controversial Centre County highway project.
The Pennsylvania Farm Bureau is asking PennDOT to consider some possible alternatives in the current planning process.
There is growing attention now on PennDOT’s State College Connector Project, with several route options being studied, routes that would cut across prime farmland.
In a recent letter to PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau first saying they recognize the importance of an efficient highway network for the agriculture industry, but they raise questions about PennDOT’s plans for the connector project.

PSU coach James Franklin pressured team doctor to clear injured players
WJAC — A former team doctor for the Penn State football team accused head coach James Franklin of trying to influence the doctor's decisions on when to medically clear injured players to allow them to resume playing.
Dr. Scott Lynch, in a lawsuit filed in Dauphin County Court, also names Penn State Athletic Director Sandy Barbour, Penn State Health and the Penn State Hershey Medical Center as defendants.
Lynch claims Franklin obstructed regulations dealing with the medical management of student-athletes.

PSU staff member charged with DUI after nearly colliding with police cruiser
CENTRE COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Centre County say a Penn State University staff member is facing DUI-related charges after she nearly crashed into a Spring Township police cruiser in December.
According to the affidavit, police say 41-year-old Annahelen Barone was reportedly driving erratically along South Water Street, on the night of Dec. 29th.
Police say an on-duty Spring Township police officer witnessed Barone's black Subaru continually crossing into the opposite lane of travel before she nearly collided with his cruiser.

School board chair resigns after controversial Facebook post
KENNEBUNK, Maine (WGME) — A school board chair in Maine has resigned over something she posted on Facebook.
In the controversial comment, Board Chair Erin Nadeau seemed to compare people at a district budget meeting to those at a KKK rally.
On Monday, people packed into an RSU 21 budget meeting, with some hoping to show solidarity.

Alligator slips away from Pa home into river, is recaptured
WRIGHTSVILLE, Pa. (AP) — An alligator that wandered away from his owner's Pennsylvania home slipped into the Susquehanna River but was found the following day. The York Daily Record reports that Oscar is believed to have gotten out of the pen at the Wrightsville home sometime Thursday. The 3-foot-long animal was spotted Friday morning in the Susquehanna. Owner Tyler Hake, a biologist who works with reptiles and has had Oscar since he was about 16, was in western Pennsylvania conducting a survey.
