CURWENSVILLE, Pa. (WJAC) — A morning fire in Clearfield County Tuesday has left a mother and her three children without a home, officials say. According to fire officials on scene, flames broke out at a mobile home on Fulton Road in Curwensville just after 11 a.m. Curwensville Police were the first on scene and reported flames shooting out of the front and side of the mobile home. Vandalism at Laurel Hill State Park

The historical Laurel Hill State Park which features some of the last standing architecture from the civilian conservation corps has been vandalized. The state parks maintenance team discovered the vandalism in August and State Police began an investigation immediately. The buildings destroyed had immense historical and cultural value. Walmart is now accepting Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits for online grocery orders at stores in 39 states across the country, including Pennsylvania. Walmart has pushed to make sure customers who pay for groceries with SNAP benefits have access to Walmart's pickup and delivery service. The pandemic spurred the expansion.
