2nd UPDATE |Karthaus Township, Pa. (WJAC) — State police in Clearfield County have released new details about the investigation into the inmate escape at Quehanna boot camp. According to the affidavit, 35-year-old Joshua Lackey reportedly fled from the facility, just before 2 a.m. Wednesday, by running out of the fire escape door. Blair Co., PA (WJAC) — Blair County court officials say the civil lawsuit involving former Bellwood-Antis wrestling coach Ryan Blazier is now expected to be settled outside of court after the jurors in the case were dismissed.
